Questions about general interests in the field. Mostly just questions about whether or not I would enjoy working in the branch I was interviewing for. Some technical questions but very minor which was completely fair and fitting for a relatively inexperienced undergraduate engineering co-op position.

How did you handle conflict in the workplace
How did you use the diversity of your team to solve a problem?
Tell me about a situation that was a big professional challange and how you faced it?
Tell me about any difficulties in a project you participated in, what were the options to solve the problems and it outcome. Have you ever led a project? Have you ever had a problem with a member of the project team? How did you solve it?
None were that difficult. But they will exaggerate some questions and expect you to say yes, regardless.
Three Part Exam. Study everything you have learned. It would be a question from each of what you have learned.
Name a time you went above and beyond expectations on a project.
