Traditional interview questions. They wanted to know why I was interested in the United Way. They asked about my past experiences (relating to the legal role, when I had to make tough decisions, how do I work with difficult coworkers). The executives asked some interesting ethical questions. The HR questions were very standard office etiquette, integrity, examples of hypotheticals, etc.

They asked basic questions like what are your strengths and to describe my previous experience.
How do you evaluate new files/new clients?
Describe a time when you were in a position to take credit for something but did not, even though it would have been advantageous for you to do so.
Have you dealt with difficult clientele before, and how did you handle it?
How would your previous employer or coworkers describe you and your work ethic?
