I didn't get that far. I doubt there are any real interview questions as it is a commission only employer and they have nothing to lose. They pick your life apart getting "warm" leads. Then I guess you just burn out.

A long list of written questions to respond to with only a handful asking me anything to do with the actual job I had applied for, There were a lot of questions about my time in high school (what classes was I good at? what activities did I participate in? what would my high school classmates remember about me? - all irrelevant because I am far beyond 18 years old and those times are looooong past). There were identical questions asking about my time in university; again, not relevant. They asked about some work experience I had but, honestly, this written submission felt like it was only someone checking a box that they had "interviewed" me but I never actually spoke to a person once, Their "elastic thinking" / intelligence test was like something made for a pre-schooler. I have completed actual adult-level intelligence / elastic thinking tests for other jobs
