Wanted to know the most complex issue I'd resolved, why I wanted to work there, what my experience was. Standard stuff, nothing especially difficult. I asked them more questions than they asked me, in both rounds.
It was good and not that bad. One should prepare well if need to crack the interview. Basic should be good. Should prepare well about your previous org work that you were did.
There were a lot of questions from both sides to see if we are a fit , but the one that stood up most in my mind is "What do you consider your biggest mistake/failure" and honestly I've never been asked this question and it made me think a lot about my experience.
