They have an "awe-shucks" manner, which hides a hard-nosed business approach. They don't provide much detail on the job and seem very secret about their business activities. I didn't get a good feeling about working in the office, which is quiet.

Questions were all typical industry related ones. Their biggest hang up was the fact that I was coming from a smaller shop and they could not get comfortable with me being able to move up in the work volume.
