How familiar are you with retail ? Tell me about yourself. How well can you work in a team ? What are some of your skills ? What type of leadership skills do you have ? What would you do if you saw another employee steal a candy bar ?
Several of the questions asked were typical interview questions such as "why do you want this position?", "what challenges do you foresee overcoming in this position?" and even a couple scenario questions like "you see two employees gossiping about another, how do you address this situation?" There was one in particular that stood out to me and it pertained along the lines of "In this position, how would you raise public interest and community inclusion for the company and their customers?"
