What is our business model? What makes us different from our competitors? Who are our competitors? From our members' perspective, what are some pros and cons to our business model? From ABC's perspective, what are some pros and cons to our business model? If we were to expand our company, what are the opportunities and risks? If we were to hire you, how much support would you require?
It is not much about the questions they ask but more about them explaining the package they offer which is non existent. The position is for an international position where the candidate gets to choose the country where he wish to work from. If you decide to take the position however you have to pay for your own flight and sort out your own visa if you travel to a country that requires one. You will not be able to earn any basic salary and you will have to pay for your own accommodation.
