I was asked questions about budgeting, where looking back the answer should have been something like "insufficient information to answer this question." I felt a little tricked and ended up giving a stupid answer.
Although the tests seemed straightforward, the manager found a litany of errors in my response. Later I learned that "nobody does well on those tests" and that they are not crucial to the process.
They will try to get your answer in 2 days! Take as much time as you need since there are training sessions every month!! They are just trying to exercise Urgency on you!
