There wer 3 interviewers ....1 hr lady and 2 technical interview guys..mine was the last interview session of the day...as soon as i entered the interview room the hr asked whether i had any previous job offers ...i did have an offer in a leading IT company...but i convinced them that i wanted to work in core instrumentation field and not software (this is very important)...they asked about my family background and why i chose instrumentation ...its very important to smartly answer all these questions...in technical interview round ..they asked me question like whats calibration, what is a proportional control mode, and a few questions about my project which i explained to them clearly(speak fluently, dont stammer, they see ur communication skills also)...try explaining by giving practical examples...dont give text book definitions..my interview lasted only 8-10mins..results wer out within a week and i made it into yokogawa.Go through subjects like process control, electronic instrumentation(HS Kalsi),process instrumentation..analog electronic circuits.
