Nothing really. My interview basically entailed walking in, meeting with some management, filling out some paperwork, and being told what day I started.

Super unprofessional to cancel an interview the day of and have them fill out a form given by their Human Resource department confirming you are no longer interested in the role and if you do not fill out this form you will be penalized and will no longer be considered for any roles with the agency. Really corrupt way of hiring people. Why should people fill out that type of form when your hiring team is canceling the interview the day of without any consideration or respect for my time?
