The HR hiring manager asked all the basic behavioral questions(Why Norfolk, Leadership Skills, Weaknesses etc) The technical team also asked scenario-based questions related to the Job, asked if i had ever had a disagreement with a team member and how it was resolved. etc
The interview took about 30 minutes, and has total 10 questions. First, the HR introduce the interview process. After that, interview questions. Then, you can ask questions. Finally, HR introduce the position and what’s the next.
