A few questions about my background and current position at the time, followed by some behavioral questions (tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker...) and some technical questions (how would you source a product...)

All of the questions were behavior-based. I was asked about a time when I witnessed something unethical at work and what my response was. I answered the question with a specific example, but I was not comfortable airing my former employer's "dirty laundry", as this type of situation is often sensitive.

Most of the discussion was based on questions that I had prepared for the interview. All the questions I had formally prepared were never asked. Questions asked of me were further details from my resume on my experience.
