Nothing in the interview process was that difficult. From my time at the company, I think the thing candidates often struggle with the most is just relaxing and letting their true self/character come through. This isn't a company where you get bonus points for bring dry or routine. Some people do struggle with the technical portion, but it's been too long since my interview to remember the actual questions. In general, it is more of a basic logic test than a test of any technical ability.
I surprised them by asking so many questions!!! I came prepared! I read over 200 reviews of interviews/offers/site visits and knew what they might ask as well as what I should be asking... Get their opinion on what THEY dislike about their own organization... You might be surprised!
