What types of things will you do to find candidates?
Firstly self introduction then questions regarding qualifications, if any experience in hr, language knowledge, computer knowledge, office distance from my home etc.
What do you know about hiring nearshore talent?
I was asked how my work experience could contribute to the role, to discuss and career progression, and my current situation. I felt I asked multiple questions about the organizational structure, burning platform, and goals and objectives of the role.
They gave me some examples of different situations in the job. This question had three possible answers.
