Interview questions were behavior based. I was also given hypothetical situations and asked how I would respond in addressing them.
Why did you apply at Tesla? (I didn't actually apply)
Are you OK with having zero time off for the first full year of employment, and then having 5 days of PTO in year two?
Questions was heavily biassed on volumes of HR queries in my current post and if I had completed many settlements. - They gave the impression they were looking for someone who has a high turnover of E.R queries per day / week experience.
