What is the biggest problem you have handled?
Questions ranged from experiential to competencies to technical knowledge. One that stands out concerns a possible TUPE/Redundancy situation, which wasn't phrased as a question per se, but was designed to explore both technical knowledge, and the capacity/willingness to challenge. The presentation was scenario based and looked at a range of HR topics and how I would approach a situation.
I was called on to give exact names of the tools I use, if they were integrated with Slack and how would they worked in their organization. Felt more like they were getting info out of me than interested on how or if I would be a good fit into their organization.
Asked about experience regarding DEI initiatives.

I don't remember the exact questions, but they are open-ended as they are trying to determine how much experience you actually have.
