Why was I looking for a new opportunity?
After asking me to explain about an innovative program that I had implemented in my career, to which I gave a very detailed answer (which she liked), she then asked me the same question five minutes later because she wasn't really listening the first time around. I gave a secondary answer as I was trying to be polite and she says, "Why would you tell me that answer - it's boring."

There weren't really any interview questions. I just set back and listened to them explain their problems to me. It wasn't really an interview more like a talking session.

Tell me a time you went above and beyond to solve a problem. What resources did you use? Did you reach out for help? Did you complete the project? Were you proud of the outcome?
