Why do you want to work in consulting?
Why Deloitte? (Tailored towards the GPS sector) If there was one government policy problem you could tackle with unlimited resources and time, which would it be? And why are you interested in the GPS area? Describe in detail your shining star moment at work/during a training or program. What were you responsible for that you were most proud of? Describe a situation where you came up with a unique solution to a problem.
Mix of case studies and behavioral interviewing.

Why Consulting?
Why consulting, questions about displaying leadership, what kind of leader you are, dealing with conflict...basically anything you will deal with in consulting. Nothing unexpected.
The last case didn't seem to have an HR-related solution to me, so I struggled to find a satisfactory answer that was relevant to the position I was applying for.
