Q: a customer comes in to return a pair of shoes that was purchased last week due to the shoes being broken, after further inspection you see they are broken because of scuffs that show sign of wear, what would you do ? Q: a customer comes in wanting to exchange a shirt that was purchased last year because it is a size to small, however out return policy cleary states returns are only accept before 14 days what would you do ? Q: a big launch is scheduled for tomorrow, your shipment is delayed but you need the stock for tomorrows launch what do you do?
