There was a question about people standing in a row and had different colored hats. You can only see the color of the hat in front of you. I think it's similar to the Wikipedia question: "Prisoners and hats puzzle"

Discuss FCCR, what makes a borrower credit positive or negative, walk through the 3 statements, walk through an LBO, understand the portfolio management process...etc, that's not all but like I eluded to above they aren't looking for the best candidate just someone who can answer their questions.

What would you consider your biggest strength? biggest weakness? What would your past employers say are your biggest strength and weakness? Tell me about a time when you did not have enough information to solve a problem and how did you go about solving it. Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss. How did you resolve it?
Most questions were very broad and generic. Examples include "Give an example of a time you exercised leadership" or "Give an example of a time you faced a difficulty and explain how you overcame it."
Really nothing unexpected. All questions pretty much as the recruiter had said. Got cut off on the video conference though which was unexpected.
She asked why I would be a good fit for the position, not from an experience standpoint, but from a developmental standpoint.
