Several questions basically amount to: would you be a reliable and productive team member? Will you turn up for your shift on time? Do you work quickly and effectively, and complete assigned tasks on schedule. "Team" doesn't seem to be just a buzzword here. The assessment really does indicate that the company places a high value on teams and teamwork. This extends to evaluating a potential employee's perspective on the Team Leader/Team Member dynamic.

They had no real questions related to my past experience because my resume, (which I brought with me) pretty much summed it all up. They did ask questions like, "What do you do in your free time, what are your interests?" Basically, high-school juvenile questions to tell if the elitist-clique in the office would get along with you.
