We almost hit our time limit, thinking that we were meant to deliver the presentation after the interview, just to realise we only have a few minutes to deliver our arguments back to the assessors.
There was a business case involving market sizing and corporate strategy--unlike with consulting there was no prep or large advance warning. A hard fit question was a time where you realized the old way of doing things didn't work and you had to innovate.
