a. I was asked to come to a first interview and was told that they would judge my communication capabilities. I am absolutely fine with that but i was talking to three Chinese ladies. I could not understand the accent of one, the other one refused to speak and the third one was asking questions. Anyways, the interview went well. 2. i had two followups after that. The questions that were asked were simple and direct but apparently the interviewer was looking for a certain answer that fitted the bill. I dont think explaining via logic or using alternative examples helped. All of these companies send out letters talking about diversity, but I didnt see any diversity in the interview panel, gender or cultural

There were no difficult questions; mostly questions about my resume and my work experience. Strategic sourcing experience, procurement experience, project management experience was required.
