I reminded the same interviewer I had from the first interview that they did in fact have my most recent resume and that I was unemployed for most of 2020 due to the pandemic to which the reviewer responded “Oh, I remember you now!” That didn’t make me feel confident that they even knew which interviewee they were talking to.
