Most were pretty easy and the interview process has changed since I started. However, I'd say answering questions about charts/trends and how different KPIs influence each other. Not hard in itself, but easy to get nervous and not communicate clearly.

There were no questionnaire per say. It was a technical assessment where we needed to complete a set of tasks in Unity within the time limit. (~4 hours) Criteria of the tasks revolve around: 1. Code Optimization. 2. Code Readability. 3. About 2 to 3 Feature Set Enhancements and Additions. 4. Repository Documentation. P.S: Was informed by the tech lead that the assessment was meant for senior position.
