The first two interviews were standard questions about my experience and what they are looking for. The third interview had many questions that are against the law to ask.
Give me a time when you were expected to go above and beyond for a customer. What was the situation and how did you handle it. What would you do differently? Who is someone you admire and why? (If you say family they will ask you to say someone else, weird).
