What is your knowledge of this artform, it's history, and the organization's history. It's important to have at least some working knowledge, background, and passion for the organization you'll be fundraising or selling season tickets for. They have an excellent training program, but personally I also had to study/research the season program, venue information, and history outside of work to feel confident.
