I won't disclose any details of my interview. I'm guessing, however, from the similar approach management of MedExpress has to many other corporations, the most difficult question you will get is, "What do you think your weaknesses are?" If I were you, I wouldn't say that, "I work too hard," or "I care too much." They're generic and played out. But, I also wouldn't say, "well I used to smoke crack and sometimes I still have urges..." Go for a balance such as...well, you can figure it out I hope, if you have made it thus far.

Not many. Must be comfortable with behavior interviewing. Must be able to provide a Situation, action to the situation, and result of the situation for various questions. Details and specifics are a must. Teamwork, going above and beyond, unhappy guests, management challenges are all common questions asked.
