Typical interview questions were asked and I cant really remember them off the top of my head considering I had been employed for 10 months but from what I can remember questions like, "Tell me a little about yourself. Tell me about your previous jobs and why you left each job, What do you like to do on your spare time, etc," were asked. When Kenneth was made aware of my previous selling background, he had me sell him a neon pack of Post Its on his desk which I found fun. Cross-selling is required with this position, it's how you increase your bonus paycheck, along with having good stats, but its easy. What you need to sell to the customer is targeted, and they have pre-typed scripts and descriptions about the Wells Fargo product they want you to cross-sell. It's up to you to get the customer to say yes but don't mistake this as your main responsibility for the job. Your main job is to take inbound phone calls from WF customers that have current home mortgage loans with them and assist them in whatever it is they need assisting with.
