Southern Airways Express has a great opportunity for its First Officers through the Mesa Cadet Program. This is a partnership between SAE and Mesa Airlines. If hired on as a Pilot, you have the option of being a part of this program. In summary, if accepted into the cadet program, Mesa Airlines will fly you to Phoenix, provide a hotel room for the night, and then you will tour the facility and meet with management there. A 1 year commitment contract will be presented for you to sign. This contract states that upon reaching 1750 hours at SAE, you will be given a class date as a First Officer and that you will have the ability to choose which aircraft and domicile you'd like.
