How will you build on the success of your predecessor?
There were no "trick" questions. Come prepared having done your own independent research about the particular division where you are applying. Be prepared to talk in detail about your prior roles including what impact your work had on the business and what specific skills you possess that are relevant to Microsoft's needs.
The fourth round was all behavior questions, i.e., what do about: conflict with a co-worker, disagree about direction to take, under performing direct reports, have I ever been wrong and what did I do about it? Some multi-cultural issues, etc. Some of their questions were indirect. For instance instead of asking, "What your development needs?" they asked, "What are you working to improve?"

How to manage fund, preparation of loan agreements interct with foreign stake holders and always keeping fund on the pipe line.
The interview process was very straight forward. I thought the President did an excellent job of explaining her vision.
