My skills in LC was a match to what they're looking for, so I was mostly asked about LC, especially the hardwares. They asked: 1. From my previous LC experience, when you had maintenance for LC, what did that process entail? what parts were changed? 2. Give few example of LC troubleshooting, what's the problem and how did you fix it? 3. How does a UV/PDA detector work? (Beer's law). When I answered these questions, I was very technical and specifically gave a few chemistry answers. It was evident that the interviewers were not knowledgable in chemistry.
Would you being willing to work all holidays?

How do you handle change
"Tell me a time that you gave excellent customer service", as though people who do customer service give such close attention that they should remember some special moment out of hundreds to thousands of people they deal with, divulge information covered under confidentiality agreements, or have something special in mind if they do their jobs well, do so regularly, and don't count even the very hard cases as something very special to remember, as opposed to forget as fast as possible.
How do you handle working with people with whom you are not on the best terms?
