The interviewers kept getting hung up on why I had left a previous job. I explained the reasoning but for some reason we kept coming back full circle.
What did you like most/least in your previous job?
They focused mainly on questions about my technical experience rather than conceptual or behavior based interview questions. They would relate their questions about my knowledge to actual problems they were dealing with in the field that needed solving, to see how I would approach solving those problems.
