All the interview questions were as expected. There was nothing out of the ordinary asked.
Demo interview: Some of the questions asked were geared toward common questions participants ask in that workshop (Feedback Skills), to gauge how you manage questions on the spot, and how you navigate answering them. Knowledge interview: questions revolved around some of my favorite research studies in leadership and adult learning theory. Company fit: behavioral questions were the core of this interview. Questions ranged from a time when I managed conflict, describing a time when I worked with someone I didn't agree with, things I learned in previous roles, etc. There was also a moment of role playing "difficult participant comments" that included comments rooted in bias, for example. The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Anti-Bias) work at LifeLabs is in the core of everything we do, and it is an important component in the interview process as well.
