The first interview was very casual, unstructured. Asked why I wanted to work in retail and if that was definitely a career I was interested in. To describe some of the experiences on my resume. The online evaluation between the interviews was all behavioral. It asked questions about hypothetical situations and qualities and you had to rank where you saw yourself in each case on a scale. The second interview was with one of the EDP graduates, just as casual as the first one, and was focused on improving my understanding of the program. Q1: Why exactly do you want to work in retail?
