Executive Assistant Interview Questions

They asked dumb questions like, "what were your childhood dreams?", "why did you become an EA?," "If you could do anything what would you do?", etc. etc. And then LITERALLY didn't hire me because I told the truth that growing up and dreaming of being an EA wasn't my childhood. Heaven forbid I had dreams outside of whatever job pays my bills. LMAO as if anyone grows up being like, yes! I want to babysit a bunch of grown up idiots my entire life! Helpful tip: lie to this company to get a job. That's apparently what they want.

After the interview, I went back to meet with the recruiter who immediately walked toward me so that I was walking backward toward the doors, and ushered me out to the elevator. She never asked how it went or my thoughts, etc. I met with four managers and she was not interested in any of those meetings.
