In the equity test, one of the interviewers kept interupting with questions like what do you think is better this or this. When I had clearly stated my opinion in what was said before. It felt, as though those questions were meant to confuse and/or make an interviewee nervous.
None, as hiring process was part of a merger.
Mostly resume-related and behavioral questions. Didn't get into any technical questions. What do you know about Baird?
Do you know coding?
Why Bard?
Tell me about a time you have used pivot tables in the past.
How are all the financial statements related?
What are my weaknesses or areas that needed improvement.
The test is supposed to take 8 - 10 hours. They also made me take 2 mental math tests, timed at 2 and 5 mins and a log test for 8 minutes, absolutely random stuff.
