I don't know if there was one, the branch manger, made the interview so comfortable that it felt like we were just having a friendly conversation. With that being said, the interview was hands down the best I've experienced in terms of feeling that the employer knew my strengths after it was finished along with a sense of understanding about the company.

When I arrived and was told about the position, it was the opposite of what the job ad stated and what I was told over the phone. There is no warm calling or inside sales position. You will be given current customers and asked to knock on their door to upgrade, add services etc. When I asked about compensation the interviewer told me that they won't discuss salary until the second or third interview! I was asked a few questions about myself and experience and also my strengths and weaknesses. Honestly, if I get called for a second interview I will decline. This is a door knocking sales job and some of the hours you will have to work may anger some people since it may be during dinner time.
