They were behavioral event type questions, like " Tell about a time that you had to work with an angry customer, what did you do?". You had time to think over your answer while others were answering unless you were up to be the first one to answer. They asked us about 5 questions and then had us leave the room and come back in and answer our last question one on one with the interviewers. They then asked if I had a question for them and of course I did, then I was told to wait outside and call in the next person.

How would you respond to x scenario?
Tell us about yourself.
How would your coworkers describe you?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? This question is one I was warned about by my HR contact before the in-person interview. They see plenty of people who only want this position so they can move up to another one. Make sure you talk about wanting to make an impact in the assistant position for a year or two and don't make it seem like you're only doing it until you can get something better.
What are your strengths & weaknesses ?
