Nothing difficult or unexpected - just the realization that when you interview with so many different folks (8, in my case) their reactions will vary and certain traits can be seen as both positive and negative by people within the same (small) organization - important to know!

How do you deal with irate customers?
What initiatives would you implement to get customers to keep using our loyalty program? Why are you interested in GolfNow? Do you golf? What's your greatest achievement?
What would you have liked to do more of in your last position? What held you back? Tell me about a time when you went out of your way to give great service to a client. Tell me about a time when you were a part of a great team. What was your role? How do you react when presented with a challenge? What do you need to be your most effective at work?
