What are constructivist learning theories? What is scaffolding? What are digital pedagogies? Why did you not convert one of your state board projects into a research paper? It looked like my CV had seen submitted for a Comms role but I was asked a series of technical questions. I would not have needed this knowledge to write about these topics; I could have looked them up if I had to write about them. It did not make any sense.
