I was asked a full range of question from general style to highly technical related to hardware infrastructure.
Case study: Wunderflats has the objective of growing the bookings 2x by the end of 2022. During 2022, our teams target is to acquire 600 new private landlords per month with our team of 6 sales managers and 1.000 new KAM listings with our team of 4 key account managers. - How would you suggest Wunderflats reaches our 2022 targets. What should be our top growth priorities and what initiatives would you recommend? - Indicate the top hypothesis you have made & areas you would look into during your first 100 days. - What needs & resources are required to get there & what commitments do you need from other teams
Although they expressed willingness to negotiate salary, the CEO seemed offended when I offered to accept a lower salary in exchange for a more flexible vacation and sick leave option. Two accrued vacation time for a leadership position is not a great recruitment strategy. They did ask me why I was willing to take a step down from executive leadership to a Development Director position.
