I worked with Nordic chip and U-BLOX, asked simple questions PCB tracing and basically asked for a salary much as I want. How I feel about cheating big boss? Do not tell that they do not go to the office, do not do the work on time and exaggerate task time is 3-4 times?

Please describe each and to what level of complexity you engineered (board layers, component selection, certification standards, etc). 8. Describe your experience in leading and mentoring people. How large of teams have you led and what is your leadership style or philosophy? 9. (You may state a range if desired). Keep in mind our salaried staff are paid overtime, so you are compensated for all hours worked (most employers don't do this).
