I was very prepared for my interview. I did quite a bit of prep around most commonly asked questions in an interview and had responses prepared for this type of organization. Due to this I was able to answer different questions, but had similar theme.

They asked me a variety of questions about my relative experience. I found that the scenarios questions a particularly helpful way to validate my people skills. For example - 'How would you react to a parent who was upset?'
I was asked to prepare an activity in advance that I would carry out with the children. I then described this to the two interviewers.
