They ask you to role-play which went horrible for me, the scenario is "You're alone in the office and a student comes in very upset and distraught about her teacher, she wants to talk to someone about it" Then one of the interviewers plays the student and says things like "I want to talk to someone RIGHT NOW...he is being so mean to me and everybody else says the same thing" etc etc. I broke out of character to explain to the committee that if I was the person overseeing the instructors that I would talk to the instructor and that if I wasn't I would report the students concern to my immediate director, when I did this she stayed in character and was like "What do you mean, I can't talk to anyone right now?" I felt so dumb, it was so awkward.
Something along the lines of..."Why do you think you would be qualified or why do you think this position is for you?"
