Let's say you had a few projects you had to complete, how would you go about scheduling your day?
What do you know about BASF and why BASF? Why are you interested in the PDP program? And then just regular behavioral questions (such as name a time you did X) where you can bring up your experiences (have around 5 experiences you can bring up to answer different questions).
Why are you interested in this role? Tell me about a time when you were innovative.
The behavioral interviews were all standard questions I've heard in pretty much every interview I've sat for or administered. No fun, but everyone I spoke with was eager to go off-script once we'd finished the standard questions and just talk naturally about the role, my experience, and any questions I had about the position/organization.

They are all behavioral-based interview questions and there are many resources online to see what these look like. They aren't trick questions or brainteasers. Your goal should be to have good examples from your work life that are relevant to multiple leadership principles and make clear what your specific role was in things like solving product issues, resolving disagreements between yourself and colleagues, and thinking big. Really be able to define your role within these situations and what you specifically did or didn't do, rather than just your team as a whole.
