They did not look for previous work experience at all but more wanted to know what kind of soft skills I had. They would ask questions to determine my communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. They asked for examples of conflict resolution. They asked about group projects in college and my roles in these projects. There was also a lot of small talk to determine my communications ability.
