eTeam Technical Recruiter interview questions

The HR didn't take my interview because she had spoken to me over the phone and forward my CV to a manager who didn't take any interest in me or in my CV. He was sitting laidback.I told him that I want to pursue marketing course after a few years and he became aggressive by hearing this and said then why I was applying for the technical recruitment job and I told him this job requires good written and spoken communication and negotiation skills, however by that time he had made his mind not to hire me. But it's fine.After all, it's a typical BPO.

No serious questions asked as I applied as a Fresher. They told about the process and the Incentive structure which was really impressive. Only one thing they want to check is your Communication Skills. If someone is from Information Technology Background, that is an added advantage.
