I applied online. I interviewed at eTeam in Mar 2019

The interview consisted of several phone calls and finally setting up a video call interview with the immediate client, a company who managed the project for their client. During this process i submitted my resume and supporting materials.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked questions about my background and experience, and whether I had had this type of position before. I was told that career opportunities were available with this client or with other clients for eTeam. I was tested on my skills as related to this position.
I applied through other source. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at eTeam (Cary, NC) in Dec 2018
Interview
They wouldn't even consider interviewing me because I am a male.
I received an email job description from an eTeam recruiter that was a really good match for my qualifications and experience. However, the text of the email indicated the following:
"Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: Full time
Work Authorization : GC or Citizens
Note : Only Female candidates can apply"
Yep, only Female candidates. I contacted eTeam's HR Department and advised them that this posting was in conflict with US employment and hiring law. The response: "I would like to bring it to your attention that this recruiter being new and based out of another geography; he made a humanly mistake." Say what? So you don't train your recruiters enough and so that makes it alright for eTeam to discriminate?
The recruiter then attempted to "recall" the original message but failed.
Why does eTeam think it can do this?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at eTeam (Bengaluru) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very inappropriate, they will say you have the offer and will get back.
but when you talk about the salary, they say will get back
Salaries should be as per the requirements and the kind of accounts to worked on.
If you think its so easy, why dont you fill the positions :)
