Scenario #1 Email ticket: first message from relatively new customer on the Starter plan. Hello Customer Success, I hope you can assist me in figuring out how to use your platform. I have set up a few things in the system and can’t figure out how to be alerted when files are uploaded and downloaded from a specific folder (folder name is “Vendor Invoices”). As an accountant by trade, I may be overlooking how to enable these features.
